NUNO’s “Threadstay” scarf is created with needle punching—a felting technique that doesn't use water. In this process, a barbed needle abrades the fibers of the thick, multicolor Merino bouclé warps and wefts to mesh them together, resulting in a frothy lattice of soft wool interspersed with holes that allow light to flow through.
